Abstract
Tourism human resource is one of the key factors determining the quality products and sustainability of tourism. Over the past few years, the training and retraining of human resources in the tourism industry in Binh Dinh have achieved important results, contributing to improving the quality of the labor force, which lead to positive contributions to the province’s tourism economic development. Combining qualitative and quantitative research methods, analysis of the current status of the quality of human resources for tourism in Binh Dinh reveals that human resources are of inadequacy and low quality, thereby not meeting the demand of tourism development in the integration trend. From the research results, the author proposes some policy implications to develop human resources to meet the needs of tourism development in Binh Dinh province in the coming time.
