AWARENESS ABOUT SCHOOL VIOLENCE AMONG SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS IN LIEN CHIEU DISTRICT, DA NANG CITY

Abstract

The article analyzes the awareness ofschool violence among students of secondaryschools in Lien Chieu District, Da Nang. Thequantitative research was conducted on 389students and 20 teachers and the Young PioneerCommander of 4 secondary schools in Lien ChieuDistrict, Da Nang by questionnaire survey andinterview methods. Students' awareness of schoolviolence is assessed on three levels: knowledge -understanding - application. The results show thatthe majority of students in this study know aboutschool violence but do not understand the nature ofviolent behavior and cannot apply it in practice.
