Methods and forms of cooperation between school and enterprise during training

Abstract

In Vietnam, there is a significant issue with graduates not being able to find work in their fields. Even though students have received training at schools and universities, many businesses hold the view that students are deficient in both knowledge and skills and do not meet the standards that businesses look for when recruiting employees. This simultaneously leads to a shortage of human resources in businesses, which in turn indirectly leads to a shortage in the economy of the country as a whole. This study aims to synthesize previous research conducted in the country and worldwide on the various forms and methods of linkage between schools and businesses. Specifically, the research will focus on the methods that are being used to support schools as well as businesses in their cooperation. At the same time, this study provides evidence and recommendations for future research to explore the issues that are still lacking in the cooperation and linkage between schools and businesses.
