SURVEY ON TOURIST SATISFACTION AT SELECTED MARINE AND ISLAND TOURIST DESTINATIONS IN CA MAU PROVINCE

Abstract

Currently, Ca Mau province's tourismindustry is developing quite rapidly, but there isconsiderable competitive pressure from otherdestinations in the country. Accordingly,surveying tourist opinions needs to be doneregularly and is important in improving the servicequality of destinations. The article evaluates thelevel of tourist satisfaction at 3 typical touristdestinations of the province including Mui CaMau, Khai Long, and Hon Da Bac with 10 criteriagroups. Survey results show that the Mui Ca Mautourist area is rated highest. In terms of criteria, inthe 3 locations, the criteria group of security,destination safety, and environmental hygiene arerated the highest level of satisfaction, while thelowest rated belongs to destination accessibilitycriteria.
