Abstract
This paper studies the factors that affect the living standards of residents in Tan Dong Hiep Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province. Through regression analysis, the study identifies the role of factors such as per capita income, education level, enrollment rate, healthcare, participation in health insurance, and solid housing in influencing residents' living standards. The research results indicate that income has the strongest and most positive impact, while the rate of solid housing negatively affects living standards. Education, access to healthcare services, and enrollment rates also contribute significantly, while participation in health insurance has the least impact on the living standards of residents in Tan Dong Hiep Ward. Based on these findings, the paper proposes solutions such as improving income, enhancing the quality of education and healthcare, and promoting the development of solid housing to improve the living standards of Tan Dong Hiep residents. These research results are not only valuable for Tan Dong Hiep Ward but can also be applied to similar areas nationwide.
