Some changes in practising Buon Ma Thuot-Based Ede people's life cycle rituals

   Postgraduate K37, Faculty of Philosophy, Hanoi National University of EducationIn the era of current globalization, direct contact and cultural exchange between Edepeople and other ethnic groups have brought a far-reaching change in the traditionalculture of Ede people. The life cycle ritual of Ede people in Buon Ma Thuot isnotexceptional. The changes manifest in many ways. The most obvious is the change insacredness, then in content and in form of the life cycle ritual. It is Ede people whounderstand whether a transformation is appropriate or not to their cultural and spirituallife.
