Abstract

Vocational training for rural workers is an important driving force contributing to improving the quality of the rural labor force, contributing to realizing the goals of agricultural economic development, poverty alleviation, and new rural construction for modern, civilized farmers today. Within the scope of this article, the author researches, clarifies a number of theoretical issues, analyzes and evaluates the actual status of the effectiveness of vocational training for rural workers for socio-economic development in Hoang Su Phi district, Ha Giang province, and proposes some basic solutions to improve the efficiency of vocational training for rural workers, contributing to socio-economic development in Hoang Su Phi district, Ha Giang province today.
