Abstract

The quality of human resources plays animportant role in implementing green growth incultivation activities, affecting the ability totransform production methods and access toscience and technology. An instrumental approachto enhancing the caliber of human resourcesinvolves evaluating their contribution to greengrowth in cultivation activities through theapplication of criteria of green production methods.This research has clarified specific aspects of greengrowth and the quality of human resources servinggreen growth in cultivation activities fromdocuments of domestic and internationalorganizations. Therefore, it proposes criteria forassessing the quality of human resources servinggreen growth in cultivation activities with theevaluation object being farmers who are direct labor,in which focuses on the elements of knowledge,skills, and attitudes of these human resources.
