Evaluation of water demand serving implementation dynamic optimization approach to water resources allocation in Nui Coc hydrosystem
Abstract
Today optimal water allocation problems have came to be a central issues in water resources planning and management in all over the world. To solve them, it is neccessary to evaluate various types of utility functions of different water uses, so that the first step inevitably is to valuate different values of water uses such as irrigation, residential water, .... Very often, water economists are starting by trying to determine appropriate demands for water uses. The resulting accuracies obained depend much on the relevant context of the problems. Our objectives in this paper are getting most appropriate demand curves for implementation of the optimal approach to the water allocations of a water resources system in Red and Thaibinh River System.
