Research on establishing economic technology of repairing concrete surface by new material “Vmat grount”
Abstract
After many years, dyke system linked communication routes in use in the North delta in general and dike system along the Duong river in Bac Ninh province in particular currently is damaged seriously. Its concrete surface has been peeled off, leading to be rough and variegated, cracked into many chinks. As a result, this problem makes the dike's surface be downgraded and blow off the dyke. Sub-faculty of building materials succesfully do research on new material "Vmat Grount" which is waterproof, anti-eroded and wear-proof. They tested this materials to solve the problems in Huu Dao dyke in Nam Dinh province, the left side of Duong dyke in Bac Ninh province and T1 platform in Noi Bai airport with the high quality result.
In order to use this material in gereral to repair the concrete surface of dyke system in the North delta, construction management needs economic technology norm system and this new material's unit price. The research result of developing economic technology norm system is used as a base of new contruction material's unit price establishment. Accordingly, construction cost calculation and construction cost management with new technological material is applied for fixing dyke along Duong river, Bac Ninh province.
