Abstract

      Safety standards for sea dyke is giving a security level with a certain frequency design that level of risk to protect the area is acceptable. There are many ways to determine the safety standards of sea dike, one of the direction that safety standards on the basis of economic optimization is more advanced countries and also accept suitable conditions Vietnam today.
