The reseach on addititive consolid for soil stabilisation applied to sea dike

Abstract

     CONSOLID444/CONSERVEX and CONSOLID444/SOLIDRY was developed and devised specifically for the purpose of soil stabilisation, avoiding the paths other products had gone and which had prevented a success. Principles of adititive consolid is that the water content is expelled from the soil. The adhering water film is destroyed to a high extent, thus activating the inherrent binding power of the soil. This paper is the results test in the Geotechnical Laboratory of Water Resources University for soil in coastal of NamDinh province. Subsequently, a series of test blocks are produced such as the quantities of CONSOLID additives, bearing strength of soil, swelling and shrinkage test... These results will be applied for sea dike in NamDinh province and it is one of standard design of sea dike
