Evaluation and analysis of public opinion surveys about the aesthetics of viaducts in Hanoi after a certain period of use

Abstract

     Transport infrastructure of Hanoi city has been a many positive changes in recent years. New overpasses and interchanges are completed, the new major route has reduced traffic jam in urban areas. The new overpasses were built to solve a problem of traffic jams, but besides that also poses a huge problem for planners, designers and agencies administration. It is the urban landscape issues. "Every bridge is in some degree a historical document, a demonstration of structural technique, a performance test of building materials, a comment on the value of a society which produced it, and a reflection of the richness or poverty of its designer's imagination" - Sinclair Gouldie (Donald J. Flemming, 1995).
