Water resource vulnerability assessment for Be river basin, Binh Phuoc province

Abstract

    Water has an indispensable role for almost all functions of an ecosystem. Water is also one of most critical resources needed to support the socioeconomic development of human society. Thus, sustainable water resource management has been on the priority list of many national agendas. Water resource vulnerability assessment serves as a guide supporting managers and policy makers to advice the sustainable exploitation, management and conservation solutions. This paper presents the results of research on water resource vulnerability assessment for Be river basin located in Binh Phuoc province.
