The relationship between the plan and progress of project implementation and quality of construction investment

Abstract

     Management of construction projects is an important subject in the field of construction investment. It is crucial for business success or failure of the market mechanism, contributing significantly to the social security and and development of the country. The article presents the concepts of quality of construction projects and planning the implementation progress of the project; analysis of the relationship betwween them and impact on each other to achieve good quality or not. In addition, the paper also shows a number difficulties and disadvantages, and experiences to help investors actively overcome.
