Abstract

     Access to stocha design and analysis methods to evaluate system reliability and safety of the work system is a new approach to modern countries in the world. Currently in Vietnam, the irrigation works, hydropower is designed according to the method of calculation and in the process has limitations, in many cases there is no basis to find out the cause of collapse works. In this study, the authors show you how to calculate the reliability of each work safety in the system and the whole system design approach with level II randomized method combined with systematic analysis.
