Innovation, improve the quality of water resource planning to restructure the agricultural industry

Abstract

      On 10/6/2013, the Prime Minister has approved the project of restructuring the agricultural sector towards improving the added value and sustainable development at decision No. 899 / QDTTg. To implement this project, the formulation and evaluation of agricultural planning, fisheries, forestry and water resource need to take one step forward and create the basis for agricultural industry implementing the project of restructuring mentioned above. In this paper, the author only analyzed in depth the work of "innovation, improve the quality of water resource planning to restructure the agricultural sector". On the basis of analyzing the shortcomings of the current water resources planning, proposing solutions to improve the quality of water resources planning in particular in the agricultural sector in general.
