Construction soil nailing for slope stabilization

Abstract

    Construction works to overcome the consequences caused by the slope as landslides, soil erosion are being studied and constructed in many countries. The method uses soil nail is usually applied to remedial roof slope and soil stability, performed on the surface of the roof slope as road traffic, bridge. Measures to excavation slopes construction method "top down" was shorten construction time and reduce the volume of excavated soil. Soil nails are correct design and construction techniques as a measure of slope efficiency, cost savings. In this paper, the processes of soil nails will be presented on the basis of the review of construction solutions in the world to fit the application conditions of Vietnam
