Experimental research on the reinforcement of Huu Duong dike combined with traffic by using cement materials and fly ash

Abstract

    Based on the results of laboratory experiments on the reinforcement of dike soil layer with cement and fly ash. The author continues to do out on-realty trials to evaluate the results and to select the appropriate solution for the dike soil layer which will be a subgrade in the structure of the pavement texture when combined with traffic. The Huu Duong dike section from K30 + 880 to K30 + 930 was chosen as a test to improve the current status of the dyke soil to combine traffic. The author would like to introduce the experimental construction of dike soil layer is cement-reinforced with fly ash to improve the bearing properties. The field test results are quite consistent with the results of the laboratory tests and meet the requirements not only for the subgradebut also the requirements of the grade 2 gravel layer in the structure of the pavement texture.
