Research on solutions to agricultural land used planning optimization in conditions of water sources reducing and climate change to increase agricultural land use value

Abstract

Currently, the land area for agricultural production in Vietnam is decreasing due to urbanization and land used changing. The issue of agricultural land used how to use efficiency considering in increasing add value of land uses to bring high economic efficiency. In order to effectively use land resources, there are many solutions, land use planning in terms of crop restructuring could be considering. However, when restructuring crops with many crops on agricultural land, the issue of area conversion for each crop is an issue that needs to be to policy makers in the rural agriculture sector. This paper presents the optimal agricultural land use approach, towards increasing economic value especially, when face to lack of water and climate change. The paper also presents the results of applying the calculation model for a commune in Hung Yen province.
