Proposal solutions to handle landslides on Ho Chi Minh street contouring Kham Duc town, Phuoc Son district, Quang Nam province
Abstract
The contour of Kham Duc town, on the Ho Chi Minh route plays an important role in promoting socioeconomic development of Phuoc Son district. However, due to the strong dissecting high mountain terrain, complicated geology and adverse weather, the landslide occurred very seriously. On the basis of the survey results of the current topographical, geological and soil mechanical properties, the authors conducted a roadbed stability analysis using Geoslope software according to the Bishop method for the following cases: The ground is in its natural state and has been treated to remove the organic soil layer, the ground is in its natural state and has not been treated to remove the organic soil layer, the ground soil is in a state of saturation and organic soil removal treatment, the soil is in a saturated state and is not treated with organic soil removal. Based on the research results, the author proposes a treatment solution: reinforcement by the method of drilling concrete-cement piles D300, make M200 at the talus foot 4m from the foot of the talus, L = 10m, and at shoulder of the road L = 8m, the distance between the piles d = 1.5m. Simultaneously, conducting the construction, handling to bank the talus ensures the tightness and reinforces the roof of talus by spreading anti-erosion carpet combined with planting grass to cover the surface.
