Factors affecting the participation willingness of the private sector in rural water supply in Ha Nam province, Vietnam

Abstract

    Currently, there are very few studies on the factors affecting the willingness of private investors to participate in the field of rural water supply, while this is a very important issue. Because once the new factors are undertood, it can come up with appropriate solutions to encourage the participation of investors in this field. Through qualitative research, the author identified 26 potential factors affecting the willingness of private investors to participate in the field of rural water supply. By quantitative research of EFA factor analysis, 05 unsuitable variables were eliminated, the final result remained 21 factors. All factors converged to their own group and were arranged into 4 groups, the number of subfactors in each group
ranged from 4÷6 factors.
