Abstract
Quantitative indicators of landscape features in the Long Xuyen Quadrangle, based on the structure, function, and landscape of the sub-region, were calculated and analyzed in this study. These indicators include the average size of landscape patches; border density of landscape; dividing ratios, patch density; landscape diversity index, and landscape abundance index. These indicators were found to have strong differentiation according to the structure, function, and sub-region of the landscape. The study results also reflect the characteristics of the current state and potential exploitation of the region, creating a basis for rational use of the resources and the territorial organization of production.
