IDENTIFYING SOME NATURAL CAPITAL POTENTIAL FOR AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT OF HA TINH PROVINCE

Abstract

Ha Tinh is located in the center of the North Central region, which is a special strategic area, having strategic significance and important advantages in expanding economic exchanges. In addition, the province has many advantages in terms of natural capital such as land, water, forest, marine... for agricultural development. However, besides the achieved results, the province's socio-economic development still has limitations, mainly focusing on exploiting land potential, not commensurate with the potential of natural capital. Therefore, it is necessary to have solutions to promote the value of natural capital, which is important for the agricultural development of the province.
