Abstract

The development of the circular economy, including circular agriculture, is a development trend in the world in general as well as in Vietnam in particular. The 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam has determined that "Building the Circular Economy is one of the country's development orientations for the period of 2021 - 2030". To implement the above Resolution of the Party Congress, many action programs for branches and localities have been issued. Many models of circular economic development have been deployed, applied, and brought about positive results. However, for circular agriculture to make become a real development in the economic life of the country, it is necessary to synchronously issue institutions and policies to realize action plans and programs into specific models, bringing true values in terms of economy, society, and environment.
