Các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến sức hấp dẫn của điểm đến du lịch thác Bản Giốc - Cao Bằng

Abstract

Ban Gioc Waterfall (about 90km from Cao Bang city) is in Dam Thuy commune, Trung Khanh district, Cao Bang province. Ban Gioc Waterfall is one of the most beautiful waterfalls of both Vietnam and China and is an attractive tourist destination. Studying the factors that affect the attractiveness of the destination has important significance for the development of that tourist destination. This study conducted a survey by interviewing 250 tourists on the factors affecting the tourist attractiveness about the destination of Ban Gioc waterfall. The results show that there are 5 factors affecting the attractiveness of Ban Gioc waterfall tourist destination, Cao Bang province: (1) Tourism resources; (2) Destination brand; (3) Infrastructure and technical facilities; (4) Security and safety; (5) Accessibility. From there, the study proposes some recommendations to increase the attractiveness of Ban Gioc Waterfall destination in the coming years.
