Abstract

In the context of industrialization, modernization, and international integration, which

increasingly, directly and strongly impacts all aspects of life, cultural values and traditions of the

Vietnamese people, exploiting cultural values for new rural construction becomes a priority.

Therefore, to implement the criteria for building new rural areas, the entire Vietnamese Communist

Party system, Government, unions, and people have to promote all cultural values in rural

construction. Based on the results of synthesizing documents from management agencies and local

sociological surveys, the article clarifies the practice of "promoting cultural values" in new rural

construction, thereby proposing solutions to promote cultural values in new rural construction.
