Thực trạng nhân lực góp phần tăng trưởng xanh trong nông nghiệp ở huyện Lộc Hà, tỉnh Hà Tĩnh

Abstract

Agriculture is an important economic sector of localities throughout the country. To ensure sustainable development goals, transformation into green growth model in agriculture has become an urgent requirement. However, current agriculture in our country still depends mainly on experience and highly specialized human resources in the agricultural field are very limited compared to requirements. This situation also occurs in Loc Ha district (Ha Tinh province). This article used the method of analyzing secondary and primary data collected through the research process to examine advantages and difficulties of farmers in production, hence to point out farmers’ demand on support from all-levels authorities in order to improve production efficiency while contributing to sustainable development of this locality.
