Abstract

his study is conducted to assess the satisfaction level of students in the field of AccountingAuditing at the Banking Academy. The data used in this study is collected from 275 students of Course 18, 19
in speciality of Accounting- Auditing, with the random sampling method. Exploratory Factor Analysis method
is used to determine the groups of factors of training quality that affect student satisfaction. Subsequently,
Multiple Regression method is used to evaluate the level and the importance of factors. Research results show
that there are four factors affecting student satisfaction, including training programs, lecturers, facilities, tuition
fees; in which, the strongest influence is the training programfactor.
