Analyzing factors that put pressure on students of Banking Academy
Abstract
This study is done to determine the factors that cause psychological pressure on the students of Banking Academy. From the results of direct survey more than 400 students of the Academy, based on the method of multivariate regression analysis, the study has shown that the factors that cause psychological pressure on students come from 7 factors: Personal Development, Family, College Environment, Adaptation, Economy, Society, Study. In which, pressure of personal development, study pressure and economic pressure are statistically significant, manifesting are the core factors that cause psychological pressure on students of Banking Academy. The research results are the references that can help to find solutions to improve student's mental health, create a healthy, creative and effective learning environment, and contribute to improving the quality of teaching and learning at the Banking Academy.
