Necessary skills for MIS students for a succesful job seeking

Abstract

To improve the competitive abilities of graduated students in MIS in the current job market, we present requirement
skills which are based on the results of a survey of demands of the job market. The outcome of the research
is considered as a good reference for the designers of the MIS department curriculum programs to help their
students gain neccessary skills and fulfill job market demands. Moreover, employers could use this data for
recruitmenting employees or expanding the knowledge of their employees.
