Theoretical framework for research the impact of social capital to businesses improvement decisions
Abstract
In order to improve operations and competitive position in the market, businesses need access to resources to improve
their operations. In addition to these tangible resources, businesses need access to intangible resources to diversify
and create a strong potential for growth. Access to social capital is a relatively new problem in the governance of the
companies in Vietnam. This paper attempts to present a systematic way the issue of social capital theory, framework for
research on the impact of social capital to decisions of firms.
