Abstract
Credit is always the ultimate support for economic growth. However, if not controlled effectively, the credit risk will
be complicated, the consequences for the economy- society is so unpredictable. This article will focus on the subprime
situation RRTD lead to complicated security threats liquidity in the banking system in some countries and draws some
problem for Vietnam
