Restructuring to recover the economy after crisis: Practice and Theory

Abstract

Vietnamese economy is now on the turning-point that move to the new growing period. Together with achievements, the economy is facing to numerous problems such as non-performing loan, unstable real estate market, bankruptcies, the inefficient operation of the companie… To quickly escape from crisis and to shift into recovery period and economic growth, we need to thoroughly understand scientific foundations of the recessions, the impacts that may ease the destruction of the crisis and the resolutions in order to achieve the recovery of the economy as soon as possible
