The impact of labor restructuring in economic sectors to economic growth of Vietnam for the period 2005 – 2013

Abstract

Economic development is not only the increase in size, but also the structural changes in a positive way. In a country with reasonable economic structure, its economy will be boosted to develop sustainably and vice versa, backward economic structure will hinder the growth and development of the economy. Economic structure formation, development and transformation is an objective process, follow some rules. 

However, the shifting gives different results and effects in countries. The restructuring in each country affected by various factors at different levels, so the exploitation of these factors in countries are different. One of the most important factors affecting economic growth is the labor. In this article, we will analyze impacts of labor restructuring to economic growth of Vietnam for the period 2005-2013, and give a number of recommendations to promote growth and economic restructuring of Vietnam in the coming period
