Researching the impact of international banking services to operational efficiency of Vietnam commercial banks

Abstract

In terms of international competition in the banking and financial sector are increasing, urgent requirement for Vietnam commercial banks now is to develop, diversify and improve the quality of their banking services both domestic and international banking services. Despite international banking services have been the focus of Vietnam commercial banks but they must have long-term development strategies to adapt to the fierce competition with foreign banks in Vietnam. The study of the influence of international banking services to the operational efficiency of Vietnam commercial banks in recent years as well as providing solutions to develop business operation and international banking services is necessary
