Factors affecting teamwork effectiveness of students in Hanoi city, Vietnam

Abstract

This study is conducted to evaluate the impact of these factors on students’ group work efficiency. Data are collected from a survey of 302 students studying at universities/Colleges in Hanoi. Research on using IPO model of group effectiveness, PLS - SEM analysis technique on smartpls software, at the same time, select 6 input factors: Knowledge and skills, Work attitude, Leadership, Relationship, Science and Technology, Support. The study period is more than 6 months, from 10/2020 to 04/2021, the results show that the above factors have a positive impact on team work efficiency, except Relationship. Although, according to previous studies, relationships play a significant role in the teamwork process.
