Abstract

Artificial intelligence has affected different areas of life. Banking Academy has touch the subject of Artificial Intelligence in Business since school year 2020- 2021. This subject provides students with basic knowledge of AI applied in various fields. Students know how to apply techniques to propose AI solutions. Improving the quality of teaching and learning Artificial Intelligence in Business at Banking Academy is an urgent requirement. On the analysis of results from the learners’ feedbacks and the report of the final exam scores were provided by the Department of Quality Control and Inspection, the article evaluates the teaching and learning of Artificial Intelligence in Business at Banking Academy. From that fact, the article offers some solutions such as Improving the quality of lecturers; Renovating teaching, testing and evaluation; Completing learning materials and Motivating students to improve the quality of teaching and learning Artificial Intelligence in Business at Banking Academy.
