Recommendation on remuneration policy for employees performing special operations at State Bank of Vietnam
Abstract
Performing functions, duties and powers to serve social and economic development is particularly important
requirements for the State Bank of Vietnam (the SBV), is stipulated in the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam and the
development plan of Vietnam’s banking sector up to 2010 and orientation toward 2020 (has been Prime Minister
for approval). Human resources are the SBV’s pilar to meet these special important requirements. Therefore,
the application of the reasonable and adequate remuneration policy (short and long term) based on the working
results, the working of each human resources group is very essential, in order to improve the perfomance and
responsibilities’s employees, thereby ensuring the effective and efficient implementation of assigned tasks.
