Land reasonable valuation in order to raise investment in infrastructure in Vietnam
Abstract
Land is a scarce resource of any country in the world. It is a particular production material, is a basic condition for ensuring the process of social reproduction, development and satisfy the needs of human life. In the process of economic development, the demand for land is increasing. Moreover, land also is a way to storage asset or is subject to the investment.
Land valuation is a concerning issue of the government. If the land is valuated reasonable, the government can make more incomes from the fees of land activities such as determine the level of financial obligations for the organizations and individuals assigned or leased land, compensation when making land acquisition, selling, renting, and land use and participate in transactions in the real estate market.
