Implementation of policy interventions for revolutionary contributors in Vietnam: Current situation and solutions

Abstract

In the context of Vietnam’s strong transformation towards the development goal of becoming a developed country by 2045, policy solutions for revolutionary contributors play a significant role in ensuring social justice, strengthening national solidarity, and preserving traditional socio-cultural values. This article analyses the formation and implementation of such policy and policy interventions in Vietnam today and proposes solutions to improve their effectiveness, including institutional reform, the application of digital technologies, enhanced community participation, and policy adjustments to meet new socio-economic conditions.
