The significance and quality of advisory activities in state administrative agencies

Abstract

Advisory activities play a crucial role in assisting leaders in the executive agencies in making management decisions and operating. In order to enhance the quality of advisory work, a number of coordinated measures should be taken, including: refining job descriptions to provide a basis for setting requirements and evaluating advisory quality; improving the quality of information; and reviewing and amending accordingly procedures and working processes to provide a foundation for improving each stage and component of advisory work.
