Enhancing social security outcomes in line with the draft documents of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of VietNam

Abstract

Social security has remained a central pillar of Viet Nam’s national development strategy during the Renovation period and continues to play a critical role in the era of national resurgence. This article analyses major achievements in social security policy implementation, examines emerging opportunities and challenges in the new development context, and proposes policy solutions to enhance the effectiveness of social security policies during the tenure of the 14th National Party Congress.
