Abstract
The procedure of hybrid seed production of three-line rice hybrid II You 718 was developed successfully for spring cropping season. The sowing/transplanting date was recommended such that heading date of the cytoplasmic male sterile line (II32A) sets in from 25th April to 5th May. The sowing time of the restorer line, R718, the R : A ratio, the A line spacing and the time of GA3 spraying were also suggested.
