Abstract

In recent years, the management of state capital and assets assigned to enterprises has been conducted n accordance with the provisions of the Law on  Management and Use of State Capital Invested in Enterprises (Law No. 69/2014/QH13) and related guidelines. This article provides an overview of the legal framework for managing state capital and assets assigned to enterprises and proposes improvement solutions.
