Abstract

After more than three years of implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Development 2021-2025, the construction of new rural areas in Vietnam has attached to the set plans and goals leading to the efficient and effective agricultural restructure, rural economic development and rural urbanization. However, there have been unsatisfied criteria and limited sustainability in implementation. This requires omprehensive solutions to ensure the accomplishment of the goals.
