Abstract

Recently, Vietnam’s financial technology (Fintech) market has experienced impressive growth in the number of companies and investment value, contributing to increased convenience, reduced financial transaction costs, and improved access tocapital for businesses and the public. However, Fintech companies still face challenges due to their small scale, an inadequate and incomplete legal framework, and operational risks. Based on an analysis of theachievements and limitations of the Fintech market, this article proposes several solutions to promote its future development in Vietnam.
