Abstract
E-commerce has been rapidly developing, becoming a major trend in global trade. In Vietnam, ecommerce and digital platform businesses have grown positively, becoming an important distribution channel that supports enterprises in selling products, meets consumer demands, and contributes to the developmentof financial services and electronic payment systems. However, the management of e-commerce activities still faces limitations that need to be addressed. This article evaluates state management in the development of ecommerce and proposes solutions for advancing this market in the future.
