Abstract

Digital transformation is an essential solution to optimize management processes, enhance transparency, and improve the satisfaction of people and businesses. In the past years, the digital transformation has been strongly promoted by the tax industry throughstrengthening administrative reform, applying  information technology, and modernizing tax management. However, the digital transformation process still poses multiple difficulties and challenges. Therefore, this article proposes solutions to promote the digital transformation process in the tax industry.
