Abstract

From the beginning of 2021, Vietnamese stock market has been in bullish trend mostly. This trend stems from many factors, but in general, Vietnam has successfully completed the "dual objective": economic growth and disease control; low savings interest rate policy leads to more idle cash flow being invested in the stock market... However, in the context of complicated developments of the Covid- 19 pandemic, Vietnamese stock market is forecasted to face numerous difficulties and challenges. As a regulatory agency, the Ministry of Finance has drastically directed the State Securities Commission to proactively implement solutions to promote the Vietnamese stock market to develop in a balanced, transparent and stable manner.
